XIDOL is a platform that allows users to generate short videos using artificial intelligence. The Service uses AI-generated characters and settings — no real persons or minors may be depicted. The Service leverages state-of-the-art AI technology to process your inputs, though results may vary and are generated automatically.
5. Payments and Credits
Credit-Based System: The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits can be purchased via cryptocurrency payments.
Payment Processing: The Service does not store complete payment details on its servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the respective payment provider's terms of service.
Refunds: Purchases are generally final due to the immediate costs of GPU processing. If you are unsatisfied or encounter technical issues, please contact support first.
Credit Validity: Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used, except in cases where your account is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
6. User Content, Explicit Content, and Moderation
6.1 Ownership, License, and User Liability
Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service.
License for Service Operation: By using the Service, you grant XIDOL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you.
User Liability: You are solely responsible and liable for any content you produce. You expressly warrant that any content you create does not depict any real person, including minors, celebrities, or public figures, and is entirely AI-generated.
6.2 Content Guidelines and Restrictions
Permitted Content: The Service is for use with wholly AI-generated characters only that do not depict any real person or minor.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to create content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property rights, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, content that depicts minors, bestiality, or any other illegal acts. Content containing violence, gore, blood, or other physically harmful depictions is strictly prohibited.
Explicit Content Policy: The Service permits the generation of explicit or adult content, provided that:
- The content does not depict minors, animals, or any illegal acts.
- The content does not depict or resemble any real individual.
- The explicit content is created solely for consensual, artistic, educational, or adult purposes and does not involve non-consensual behavior or harassment.
Moderation and Removal: The Service reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any content that violates these Terms. Decisions made by the moderation team are final.
6.3 Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XIDOL and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.

You agree not to use the Service:

- To generate content that depicts, resembles, or could reasonably be mistaken for a real person, particularly a minor or a celebrity.
- To generate content that could be used for non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, or deception.
- To generate deepfakes or other deceptive content intended to defraud, harm, or mislead others.
- To upload any content depicting minors or acts of bestiality.
- To generate content containing violence, gore, blood, or other physically harmful depictions.
- To circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content verification or moderation systems.
8. Intellectual Property
Service Ownership: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is operated by XIDOL and protected by international intellectual property laws.
Trademarks: The XIDOL name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of XIDOL. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
9. Termination
Right to Terminate: The Service may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Consequences: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately.
Surviving Provisions: Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of outstanding fees.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall XIDOL or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service, any third-party content or conduct, or any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
11. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Failure by the Service to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Service reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Exemption
XIDOL is a provider of computer-generated imagery and artificial intelligence services. All visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the record-keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 because they do not portray actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct, they are exclusively artificial creations generated by AI, any resemblance to actual persons is purely coincidental, and all characters depicted are represented as being at least 18 years of age.
